Main Street Salon

Oregon City, Oregon · Since 2017

Hair,
unhurried.

Four chairs in a historic brick storefront on Main Street. One appointment at a time, a conversation before anything is decided, and a result you can do yourself on a Tuesday.

Tue – Sat, by appointment · 719 Main St, Oregon City

What we do

Four things, done properly

Prices start where they start because every appointment includes the consultation, the finish, and being shown how to do it again at home.

The room

Quiet, and full of afternoon light

The building has been on Main Street since the 1890s and we have tried not to argue with it — tall windows, original floors, four chairs and no more. There is no music you have to shout over and nobody is running behind, because we do not double-book.

You get a whole appointment: the conversation, the work, and the part at the end where we show you how to do it yourself. Twice, if you want.

Choose your person

Everyone here has a specialty and their own following. If you are not sure who to see, book a consultation with whoever is free — they will send you to the right chair.
